Aftenshowet and MMA in GO EXTREME

On 11 October, DR (Danish Broadcasting Coorporation) and Aftenshowet (Danish evening show) will visit Kunsthal Aarhus on the occasion of the Danish exercise week. Week 41 is in the movement's sign across all of the DR's platforms and at danmarksmotionsuge.dk, where it will pop up with free exercise and activity options – no matter where you are in the country. It is also a exercise week, where one of the most central messages is: 'Try something new'.
TV host Mark Stokholm and former cyclist Jesper Skibby have, in this connection, been bold enough and agreed to try their hand at a sport that none of them know anything about before now – namely, MMA. Because what happens when you embark on something that you have never tried before? And does one of them actually show that they have completely different talents than those that most of us know about them? The fight will take place in Kunsthal Aarhus' Gallery 4, currently known as EXTREME FITNESS. ¨
For the occasion, Kunsthal Aarhus will be open until 8 pm.
